Contacting Admin in server:

If you have a problem type /amsay (your text here), in the console.

Your message will appear in yellow, and be addressed to Admin in server.

Admin, remember to be logged in, so that you will see the /amsay message.

If another player is bothering you in text, type /ignore (player name), in console.

This will effectively block that players text in game to your screen.
